This professional development event designed for novice special education leaders offers tools and strategies to support mandated data collection and reporting of IDEA related services. This training provides opportunities, ideas, and strategies related to weekly, monthly, and yearly recurring reporting requirements.  Identification and adoption of work habits that are essential to both mandated special education data collection and reporting and cyclical monitoring of continuous improvement (CMCI) will assist special educators to become PROs.
